Q: Do you or have you sold your items anywhere else besides this website?
A: Yes and Yes! Our designer has been lucky enough to sell at brick and mortar stores: Devtan Trading in Spokane, Washington; The Cameo Gallery previously located in the short north district of Columbus, Ohio; The Quilterie in Celina, Ohio and The Finders Keepers Mall in Heath, Ohio. Besides this website Tera also sells on Etsy.
Several times a year you can also find her at local festivals.
Q: Where do you purchase your supplies?
A: At least once a year, our designer attends a gem show. She is also a big fan of supporting other entrepreneurs so shops online with small suppliers as well as many large well known suppliers. Occasionally she finds beads at vintage and thrift stores that are suitable for reuse in her designs. Being a lover of lampwork beads Tera also shops with reputable lampwork artists she has discovered online.
Q: Are your gem stones treated?
A: Yes, as most all gemstones are. Turquoise, pearls, buri beads and many more are treated with dyes, waxes and sealers to make them appear more vibrant and to retain their color. It is almost impossible to find untreated stones even in hi-end jewelery.
