CONDITIONS OF USE:

This site is intended for all to view and shop items made by Artist/Designer Tera Vermillion. We may at times post our favorite links, news regarding upcoming shows, specials and other items of interest. In the future, we may sponsor other artists as well. Any other use of this website without prior permission from the store owner is in violation of this website and any laws that may apply. Including but not limited to unauthorized use of pictures, content and designs of jewelry and website. Every item listed on this website is protected under copyright law. We strive to provide accurate information regarding our product as we value your business. All items unless otherwise stated are intended for adult use only. Many times, recycled, natural materials, estate pieces and hand made pieces are included in our work. Bohemian Glitz will not be held responsible for any damage to persons or property stemming from use of Bohemian Glitz creations.

Because of the nature of our items, we choose not to duplicate so that each person has a one of a kind creation. In addition, handcrafted items should be handled as fine jewelry and are suitable for adult use only unless otherwise stated. If you would like something created for a little one, please Contact Us.

If in the event you wish to have a piece that is similar to another, it may be possible. You can find a wide variety of styles utilizing gold filled, plated, sterling and copper. If an item contains vintage parts the materials may not be identifiable and may contain lead or other such content that we can not be held responsible for. Please be aware of this. PAYMENT:

Payments are made via Paypal and you do not need an account with them to use the service. They process payments for us and there is no fee to you, the customer. Once you have completed your shopping, you will be directed to PayPals site where you can use Visa, Mastercard or Discover or your own PayPal account to pay.

 If you wish to pay by check, please make check payable to Tera Vermillion and mail to PO BOX 5202, Newark, Ohio 43058 Attn: Bohemian Glitz. *Checks written on banks outside of the US will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding. Your order will be shipped once payment has been received and processed.

CUSTOMIZING:

Sizing can be done to most items and will be done once at no charge if the size needed is adding less than two inches. Please note that if you are purchasing a bracelet that has large beads on it you will need a longer than normal bracelet to have it fit comfortably.

Converting earrings to clip or another metal is usually possible and will be done in most cases at no charge. Please add note to store with detail (ie:gold, gold plated, silver or clip) and if needed we will contact you for additional information or charges prior to shipping.

We take pride in our designs and welcome custom orders. If you would like help locating a particular item, or would like to have something special created for you please Contact Us.

PRIVACY:

We value our customers privacy greatly! We will not share your personal or financial information with anyone for any reason. The only exception would be sharing limited information with proper parties in order to process payment or shipment.

Paypal is a secured payment site that we chose to use. Any questions, please read their privacy notices as well. We take great care in making sure your information is not accessible no unauthorized persons. This site has the latest security patches available through Zencart which ensure this. We have installed security patches and SSL certificates. We are working on obtaining icons/logos to portray this. If you would like to make a purchase without creating an account please email us the items you would like to purchase and where we can ship them too. We can send a Paypal invoice and once it has been paid, the items will be shipped.

If you do not wish to receive our newsletters, discounts or emails from us please use the unsubscribe link. If for some reason you are still receiving communication from us and do not wish to, please email us.

COUPONS:

We often send our newsletter subscribers, family members, friends or past customers coupon codes. Coupon codes can not be combined. If you have more than one you would like to redeem during one transaction, please contact us. Coupons can be combined with group discounts.

SHIPPING:

All orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipping will be completed within 48 hours or sooner if possible. Please allow extra time depending on weekends or holidays that postal service may not be available. If you need priority shipping service please include note during checkout process in box provided: "Special instructions or comments." Gift wrapping is available, please add note during check out.

We will also be happy to ship internationally, just contact us for a shipping quote. To expedite quote please provide the following information: province, town, country, zip code or any other information that will aid us. In addition to this, we will need to know what items you will want shipped to acquire the most accurate quote.

RETURNS:

Returns must arrive within 20 days of purchase in resalable condition and will be accepted at the sole discretion of Bohemian Glitz. **Items purchased for the holiday season will have an extended return time and must be received in resalable condition. For returns for any reason, please first contact: Customer Service. Refunds when given will be refunded however original payment had been made. Custom orders, returns on custom orders and down payments must be discussed with the store and will be considered on a case by case basis.

REPAIRS:

Repairs will be done on pieces if possible for any reason within 30 days of purchase. If a repair is not possible, credit will be given unless due to neglect.

If possible, please when purchasing an item that needs sizing give exact measurement you need and it will be completed before shipment. If sizing is not possible, you will be contacted via email.

If you wish to have a personal peice of jewelry repaired,  please email us pictures and let us know any details including but not limited to size needed, metals requested and if you need additional beads to replace misplaced ones. We will review the information and contact you with a repair quote.
